As a hands-on leader and leadership team advisor, he offers Board and executive support encompassing strategic finance, cash management, accounting and forecasting skills that have enabled positive cash flow growth, up to 12X valuation multiple, 300% expansion in staff, new private equity ownership, SaaS product development, millions in new investment capital, post-M&A integrations, team building, new HR functions, automation, and international expansion.
